Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Outpace website or receive Outpace reports, alerts and messages. By using Outpace, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Early access
Outpace is in early access. That means:
- features, report formats and how often audits run may change, sometimes without notice;
- there may be occasional errors, delays or gaps in the data;
- places are limited, and we may accept, pause or end early access for anyone at our discretion;
- any pricing or paid plans will be agreed with you separately before you're charged anything.
Reports are for information only
Our reports, scores, alerts and suggestions are based on public information from third-party sources such as Google, review sites, delivery apps, social media and AI assistants. That information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
Outpace gives you information to help you decide what to do. It does not guarantee any result, such as higher rankings, more reviews, better ratings or more customers. You're responsible for the decisions you make for your business.
Acceptable use
When using Outpace, you agree not to:
- give us false details or sign up on behalf of a business you don't represent;
- use our reports to harass, defame or mislead anyone, including competitors;
- post fake reviews or manipulate ratings using anything we provide;
- copy, resell or republish our reports as your own product;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to our website or systems;
- use Outpace for anything illegal.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.
Intellectual property
The Outpace name, logo, website, report designs and methods belong to Outpace. You can use the reports we send you for your own business, including sharing them with your team, partners or agency. You can't sell them or present them as someone else's work.
Third-party names, logos and content that appear in reports belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
We provide Outpace "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows:
- we're not responsible for losses that come from relying on our reports, such as lost revenue, lost customers or business decisions;
- we're not responsible for problems caused by third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google or delivery apps.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian law that can't be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
